Dessert wine obtained by drying on mats of IGT BI Trebbiano and Malvasia white grapes, the juice is then fermented and aged in small wooden barrels (Caratelli) for at least three years, this gives it an extremely soft and sweet taste, with references flavor of almonds figs and dried fruit.

Notes: Suggest at the end of meal.
